FINANCIAL POLICY
The fee for endodontic therapy is determined by the complexity of the tooth being treated. Consultation fees are payable at the time of consultation. It is the policy of this office that fees for treatment be paid in full by the completion of treatment.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and CareCredit. For those patients with insurance, we will complete and submit the proper insurance forms. Although treatment may be covered by the patient's insurance, the patient is responsible for the co-payment at the time the service is rendered.

visit to our office. Our office is open daily Monday - Friday, 7:45 A.M. - 5
P.M., with 24-hour emergency service available.
